Use and care

This is a well constructed handgrip with mechanical counting accurate record and comfortable grips - plenty of surface area for squeezing.

This is the perfect grip for an average strength person.

If you are a woman or have smaller hands, it still works great but you may need to use both hands to compress it slightly to get started. I have been using this for 2 months now and it is holding up well.
